We're very excited for our latest work "The Lotus Pod" to be in the running for the up-coming Ikebana container awards at the annual Melbourne Ikebana Festival.
Hosted this weekend, Sat 10th & Sun 11th at the Abbotsford convent, 1 St Helliers st, Abbotsford. The competition winner will be announced on the weekend, with all works on display throughout the festival.
We're so inspired by creative floristry & look forward to viewing Ikebana installations & demonstrations. Along with the festival, we'll be hosting a stall with new & creative Ikebana vessels.
New works to be added to our range & shared with you throughout the changing of the seasons. These pieces are inspired by the more traditional side of Ikebana & the range of containers which can be used to represent particular style of arrangements. With new glazes under foot & exciting new forms, we're very excited for their debut this weekend.
Join us on Saturday & snap up one of these refined works. We hope to have a few pieces left which we will share online on Thursday 15th Sept at 10am.
If however, they do sell out. We'll work on a new release soon. In the meantime, Keep an eye out online as we release some more Lotus pods in both Mini & Large sizes.
